Mission Statement
The mission statement of Potter’s Clay is to introduce to the unsaved and to reinforce to the saved, the instructions, love and continued care and concern our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has for each one of us.
Overview
Potter’s Clay is an experienced group of young people from the Christian School of York in York, Pa. who are devoting their time and talents to the ministry of presenting Christian dramas. The types of presentations include mime, human video, dowel rod interpretations, speaking, sign language and tableau. The content of the specific program can be arranged to be seasonal, theme specific or general. God’s Word applies to all ages and age groups and so does the PC ministry. Our 70+ dramas vary in content and programs can be developed to encourage anyone from 5 to 95 years old.
Under the direction of Mr. Robert Schwartz, the team has had the opportunity to travel out of the area of York County into surrounding counties and states, including, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and New York. They have ministered in chapels at schools, both morning and evening church services, banquets, U.S. Army installations, and local events such as Jessica and Friends Fall Fest, Festival of Trees for the Council of Churches and at Rocky Ridge for the Festival of Lights.
Potter’s Clay is interested in spreading the Word of God in any venue possible. If you have an interest in booking this ministry or would like more information, call the Christian School of York, 717-767-6842 ext. 238 and Mr. Schwartz would be delighted to tell you more about this student outreach.
