Christian School of York’s administration and staff are excited about the 2023-2024 school year and have already begun planning. In preparation for the start of next school year, re-enrollment will open on Sunday January 22rd. Please take a few moments to complete your student's re-enrollment for next year.
To access your Family Portal:
Please go to www.factsmgt.com/
Select “Family Log In” from the upper right side of the screen
Select “FACTS Family Portal”
Enter CSY code: CSY-PA
Type in your username and password (from RenWeb)
Click on the "Family" link located on the menu bar on the left
Click on the "Enrollment/Reenrollment" link located on the menu bar on the left
Our online enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student(s). The online process should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. A green check mark will appear next to each section that has been completed. Sections with a yellow triangle mean that there is missing information.
We value each family and each child represented here at CSY. We do acknowledge however that situations may arise which cause you not to re-enroll your child. Please contact the Admissions Office (717-767-6842 ext. 269) to discuss your concerns before withdrawing your child. We want to work with you to rectify the situation. If you ultimately plan to withdraw your child, please log in and click "will not re-enroll". If you plan to enroll an additional new child this year, please go to www.csyonline.com. Under the "Parents" tab you will click on Access Grades/Renweb. Please log into your family portal, and on the left side you will see Apply/Enroll. Here is how you would create a new application (for a sibling) when your family is already established here at CSY.
CSY has established a “Welcome Back” practice. Our students are expected to demonstrate academic effort and have an appropriate attitude. Not all students who seek re-enrollment are automatically enrolled for the next school year. Parents will be contacted for a meeting if there are improvements that need to be made to complete enrollment. Additionally, families must be up to date on their tuition payments in order to re-enroll.
