Julie Rosenau

Julie and Scott have been married since 2012; their only child has been attending CSY for over three years.  Julie has worked as a paralegal / legal assistant in various areas of law for over three decades: workers’ comp and general insurance defense, labor and employment law (with a case that went to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals), bankruptcy and more.  Currently Julie is the Paralegal for the North American Region of RHI- Magnesita (owners and operators of the big quarry on South Salem Church / Baker Roads).  The Rosenau family attends Stillmeadow Church of the Nazarene, where her dad served as the Music Pastor when Julie was growing up.  Julie serves as the Recording Secretary of the church board, plays the trumpet and occasionally sings. Scott and Julie recently transitioned from working with the elementary kids to serving with the engagement team.  For over fifteen (15) years, she’s served on the Board of Affordable Housing Advocates (AHA) to help create and sustain affordable housing throughout York City and the County.  Julie serves on the AHA Personnel and Governance Committees, was the President and is the current Secretary of the AHA Board.   Julie was appointed to the Christian School of York Board of Directors in January, 2023 to fill an opening; she began serving as the Secretary in July, 2023.   Julie wants to assist CSY in the mission to help equip students to impact the world for Christ!
