Mrs. Nicole Byrd

As an alumna of CSY (Class of '99), a parent to a recent graduate (Class of '25) and two current

students, Nicole is deeply invested in the mission of CSY. She and her husband, Matt, also a CSY

alumnus (Class of '97) have been married since 2001 and reside in the Manchester area.

Nicole attended Cedarville University and Lancaster Bible College ('03) earning degrees in

Theology and Business Administration. The Byrd family has attended LCBC since 2004 where

they have been involved in a variety of different ministries within Life Groups, Marriage

Mentoring, and Missions teams.

As owner and real estate broker for First Capitol Real Estate and Property Management, Nicole

has a passion for integrating godly leadership and purpose-driven ministry into team

development and the everyday workplace while working with clients on their real estate

investments. She is looking forward to bringing previous ministry and business experience to

serve on the board team to support the continued growth and development of the CSY mission

to develop the next generation of leaders in our churches, communities, and country.
